US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan by USPS.

We understand that you want your order fast, but that you don't want to pay expensive shipping and handling fees. That’s why today we offer FREE 2-5 DAYS SHIPPING on all US domestic orders, regardless of the weight or size of your order. 

US orders are dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Fri and most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

For the holiday season please expect delays. We are trying hard to ship everything as fast as we can.

CUSTOMS FEES

There are no customs fees to be paid on US domestic orders as all US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan.

The customer is solely responsible for any customs fees that may be due on international orders. By placing an order on our website you agree that one or more packages will be shipped to you and that you will pay any custom fees that may be due when the order arrives in your country.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times varies by country and location. These are estimates based on the information we have from the shipping companies we work with:

• United States: 2-5 Business days via USPS
• Canada, Europe: 5-14 Business days
• Australia, New Zealand: 8-14 Business days
• Asia: 8-14 Business days
• Africa: 12-20 Business days
• Central & South America: 12-20 Business days

*This doesn’t include our processing time that can take 1-3 extra days for international orders. US orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

We are doing our best to have all our products well stocked in our Michigan warehouse, and our stock levels are automatically updated on our website. Therefore if an item is out of stock it will normally show as such on our website.

However, sometimes delays are still inevitable. If there is an issue with your order, or we expect a delay for any reason we will contact you.
